Comprehensive Coverage
All custom-manufactured furniture comes with a standard 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.

Material Integrity Guarantee
We use high-quality materials. Wood, metal, fabric, and finishes are covered against defects like warping, cracking, rusting, or peeling under normal indoor use.

Upholstery & Fabric Protection
Upholstered furniture is covered for seam slippage, fabric separation, and cushion flattening for up to 1 year, excluding stains or misuse, which includes dog teething and pawing.

Hardware & Mechanism Support
Hinges, sliders, drawer channels, and other hardware components are warranted for as per brand standards, including repair or replacement for faulty movement.

Exclusions from Warranty
Wear & tear, misuse, exposure to moisture, pests, harsh cleaning agents, pets at home, or relocation-related damages are not covered under warranty.

Repair or Replace Promise
If a product issue is under warranty, we will repair it free of charge within a reasonable timeframe for any manufacturing defects. 

Customized products cannot be replaced since they are made to your specifications. A replacement will only occur for manufacturing defects, and you must provide an unboxing video.. 

On-site Inspection & Support
For eligible warranty claims, we offer free on-site inspection within major serviceable cities within 5–7 business days of complaint registration.

Warranty Transfer Policy
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and installation address unless otherwise stated.
